Most in-stock items ship from our Canadian warehouse within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping is free on orders over $99 CAD. For orders under $99, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Every item is clearly labelled with one of three conditions, so you always know exactly what you're buying:

New — Brand-new and unused in its original packaging, exactly as it left the manufacturer.

Open Box — Opened but barely used, usually a customer return, display unit, or repackaged item. It's fully tested and works as it should, though it may have light cosmetic marks, damaged or missing original packaging, and occasionally a missing accessory. Anything notable is called out on the product page.

Refurbished — Previously used or returned, then professionally inspected, repaired where needed, cleaned, and restored to full working order. It may show some cosmetic wear consistent with prior use, but it's tested to perform as intended.

We offer 7-day returns on most items. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Some clearance items may be final sale — this is noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also use the Track Order link in the site header at any time.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac, and Interac e-Transfer. All card payments are processed through a secure, 256-bit SSL-encrypted checkout.

Please note: we do not accept PayPal.

Because our inventory is liquidation and overstock, quantities are limited and many deals don't come back once they're gone. New lots are added regularly, so it's worth checking in often.
